Your Own Winery will bring together lovers of those sinfully delicious dessert wines – Flavored Ports and Ice Wines. Start these wines in late September – with bottling before Thanksgiving to be enjoyed for the holidays – or to give away as Holiday gifts.



Join our Fall 2016 Port & Ice Wine Workshop and help make the following list of delicious dessert wines:

  >  Coffee Port
  >  Raspberry Mocha Port
  >  Chocolate Raspberry Port
  >  Chocolate Cherry Port
  >  Chocolate Orange Port
  >  Toasted Caramel Port
  >  Chocolate Salted Caramel Port
  >  Blackberry Port
  >  Ruby Port
  >  Riesling Ice Wine
  >  Vidal Ice Wine
  >  Cab Franc Ice Wine


For $180 you will select up to 6 flavors from the list above – mix and match – and at the end of the Workshop take home 12 bottles (375ml size – 1/2 size traditional wine bottle) in total averaging out to $15 per bottle – for wines you would pay $40+ in a wine shop even if you could find them.

  >   Sunday, Sep 25:  2.30 – 4.00pm  –  Taste, Select & Start the Wines
  >   Sunday, Nov 20:  2.00 – 4.00pm  –  Bottling
SECOND WORKSHOP ADDED:
  >   Saturday, Sep 24:  3.00 – 4.30pm  –  Taste, Select & Start the Wines
  >   Saturday, Nov 19:  3.00 – 5.00pm  –  Bottling
Your Own Winery will handle the Stabilizing & Clearing step on all wines.
