Each “batch” of wine yields 28 full size (750 ml) bottles (14 bottles for a half batch) of the same wine – but you are welcome to split the batch (and the cost) with friends.   Full batches start at $300 per batch ($10.75/bottle includes your custom label) – plus NJ sales tax and $15 annual wine-makers’ license (required by State of NJ).
