Argentine Trio, is a very unique White Wine blend, only available with us.
A blend of Viognier, Riesling and Chardonnay. This smooth yet robust blend highlights the apricot, peach and honeysuckle notes of Viognier, underscoring them with the minerality, crisp apple, and lime from Riesling, wrapping it all with the pineapple, mango, and papaya flavors and aromas of Chardonnay. Fresh and balanced yet lush, it’s complemented by hints of vanilla and a lingering finish of stone fruits.
Despite its Viognier and Chardonnay components which shout DRY wine, the Riesling does a wonderful job creating this Off-Dry Argentine Trio white wine blend. Not a sweet wine by any standard, just a hint of sweetness at the finish. Perfect.
This blend is big and complex, rich enough to compete with red wine pairings. It pairs very well with heavy cream and mushroom sauces, rich seafood such as lobster or crab, or soft-ripened cheeses like Brie.

Your Own Winery is a New Jersey Alcohol Beverage Commission licensed “Wine-Making School”. We opened for business in February 2013 in Riverdale, NJ at the Riverdale Square center best known as the location of Blu Ale House. In early 2019, we moved to the Bromat Shopping Plaza, 1574 State Route 23 North in Butler, NJ, about 3 miles north on route 23 from our previous location.
